The Flex Edge Beater provides great scraping performance for more thorough, faster ingredient incorporation. The simple one-sided wiper ensures the integrity of the mixer and your recipe - it maintains safe wattage draw and the 1-Flex Edge Blade avoids excessive heat build-up of ingredients. It also makes an excellent tool to wipe the bowl clean when pouring finished batters and frostings from the bowl. It is the first and only coated metal flexible edge beater, and will last for many years.

I mistakenly thought the flex edge was an attachment for my beater blade. I own the larger pro model and it is too small for the 6 qt. bowl. I would love to have one for the pro model.

Should come standard

I do a lot of Baking and this is the next best thing to windshield wipers. This is the paddle that should ship standard with the mixer. Does a fantastic job at combining the ingredients and cleaning the sides and bottom of the bowl.

Best Beater Ever

Once my original beater attachment started to chip, I was very excited to see the replacement option included this one with the flex edge. No more stopping the mixer and getting a rubber spatula to scrap down the sides. Terrific time saver and well worth the money!
