Professional Bar Blender (40-oz.): Brushed Stainless by Waring

I purchased this unti to replace another, a machine that due to faulty design had to be replaced by the manufacturer 3 times! This blender is wonderful, makes my frozen banana smoothie in SECONDS where the onther one used to take a minute or more. Powerful motor. And it cleans up fast. Highly recommend

8 seconds on low for perfect frozen margaritas. No stirring required. We timed it. Zero mess when pouring and leftovers in the carafe go right into the freezer. Clean up is nonexistant. Rinse it out and dry it after use and you are done.

After dealing with a previous ~$50 Smoothie Pro Blender that took about 2 minutes to grind ice, dripped and made a mess everywhere and eventually started leaking I threw it in the garbage. It lasted a grand total of 2 years.

I bought the Waring because I used to work in the food service industry and they have Warings that have been around forever. You get what you pay for. This blender is awesome and will last for a very long time. The copper color is gorgeous.

The only problem I can see is that the carafe is glass, and therefore the potential for breakage is there if dropped.

I bought this for my wife, since she's burned through every prior one. I kept telling her that it was going to be really poweful, and I thought it was going to be loud with whirlwind, and tornado as the two speed settings.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out how quiet it was, and yet still very powerful.

Great blender!

I had a waring blender a few years ago and for some inappropriate reason when i had to replace it i got a Kitchen Aid. Nice name, not a great blender. Every time i watched Bobby Flay, who uses the Waring, i vowed i would get another when the time came. The Kitchen Aid died and I got the Waring. it is great: two speeds, not 5 or 6 -- who needs that; steady powerful motor, three simple pieces and easy to clean. As Justin Wilson would have said "it a wondermous thing." Phil Jackson
